Three fatalities occurred and a minimum of nine individuals got hurt in Ukraine's latest attack on the Russian border region of Belgorod, according to its governor.

The fatalities occurred subsequent to an assault on the Maslova Pristan settlement in the early hours of Wednesday, sources confirmed. Rescue personnel were carrying on seeking for people potentially caught under wreckage.

This marks the third straight day that Ukrainian forces have attacked the region, leaving thousands of people without power and a minimum of two more persons killed.

These attacks come after 48 hours of comparable strikes that have resulted in power outages and infrastructure destruction in the city of Belgorod and adjacent territories.

Wider Situation of Warfare
